Wayseal Limo & Chauffeur Service Policies

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

Wayseal Limo & Chauffeur maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances to ensure public and passenger safety.

Driver Policy:

  • Drivers are strictly prohibited from using, possessing, or purchasing any intoxicating substances while on duty.
  • Any violation will result in immediate suspension pending an internal investigation.
  • If the investigation confirms the violation, the driver will be permanently terminated.

Passenger Conduct:

  • Possession or use of illegal drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • If a driver observes drug use or possession, they are instructed to immediately stop the vehicle and ask the passenger(s) to exit.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the appropriate authorities may be contacted.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request. Please notify us at the time of your reservation to make the necessary arrangements.

💥 Damage and Cleaning Fees

To maintain the quality of our vehicles, the following policies apply:

  • Upholstery damage (cuts, burns, spills, etc.) will result in a cleaning and repair fee starting at $200.
  • If you feel unwell during your ride, inform your driver so they can safely pull over.
  • If not notified and damage occurs, cleaning fees will apply.
  • Missing or broken glassware will be charged at $15 per glass.
  • You may request the removal of glassware in advance — please notify us at booking or at least 2 hours prior to your trip.

🚗 Service Engagement Terms

  • Service begins at your first pickup location and ends at your final drop-off.
  • All clients are expected to follow our company rules and local laws during service.

⚠️ Delays, Weather, and Cancellations

Wayseal is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If we anticipate being late, we will reschedule your trip without fees or penalties as long as you inform us before our driver arrives.

🚨 Passenger Conduct & Safety

Safety Requirements:

  • No standing or leaning out of windows or sunroofs — this is illegal and highly dangerous.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.

Driver's Authority:

Our drivers may end the trip without warning if they determine behavior is:

  • Unsafe
  • Illegal
  • Harassing
  • Dangerous to people or property

We have zero tolerance for harassment toward our drivers or company staff.

🎒 Lost and Found Policy

Wayseal Limo & Chauffeur is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

If a driver finds any belongings during vehicle inspection:

  • You will be contacted the next day.
  • Items will be placed at our office for pickup.
